How long does post-construction cleaning usually take?
It depends on the square footage and scope of work. A small kitchen remodel might take 4 to 6 hours. A full house renovation could be a full day or two. We give you an estimate based on your specific project when you call.
Do you remove the plastic sheeting and protective coverings?
Yes. We strip out all the plastic, tape, and temporary protection as part of the job. We haul it away so you don't have to deal with it.
Can you clean before the contractors are completely finished?
We can do a rough clean during construction if you want, but the final detailed clean works best once all the trades are out. That way we're not cleaning up after people are still working.
