Post-Construction Cleaning

We clear out dust, debris, and mess after your build or renovation is done.

Post-construction cleaning is the hard reset after your project wraps. We come in once the trades leave and remove all the dust, drywall mud, paint splatters, and debris they've left behind. Our crew knows what to look for because we've cleaned hundreds of job sites. We work room by room, floor to ceiling, so your new space is actually ready to move into or open to customers.

This kind of cleaning is nothing like a regular house cleaning. We use industrial-grade vacuums with HEPA filters to capture fine construction dust that settles into everything. We scrub down windows, wipe baseboards, clean light fixtures, and mop all hard floors. We also handle the smaller stuff: removing protective plastic, cleaning inside cabinets, and getting paint overspray off trim. The timeline depends on the size of your project, but we move fast without cutting corners.

When we're done, your space is genuinely clean. No dust film on the shelves. No grit on the floors. No paint on the hardware. You walk in and it feels finished. Most of our clients schedule us right before they move in or before their grand opening, and they tell us it saves them days of cleanup work they'd have to do themselves.

FAQ

Post-Construction Cleaning questions, answered.

How long does post-construction cleaning usually take?

It depends on the square footage and scope of work. A small kitchen remodel might take 4 to 6 hours. A full house renovation could be a full day or two. We give you an estimate based on your specific project when you call.

Do you remove the plastic sheeting and protective coverings?

Yes. We strip out all the plastic, tape, and temporary protection as part of the job. We haul it away so you don't have to deal with it.

Can you clean before the contractors are completely finished?

We can do a rough clean during construction if you want, but the final detailed clean works best once all the trades are out. That way we're not cleaning up after people are still working.
