Recurring maintenance cleaning is our bread and butter. We show up on your schedule, whether that's every week or every other week, and we handle the regular stuff that piles up. Floors get vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms get scrubbed, kitchens get wiped down. We're not doing a deep clean each time, we're keeping things at a baseline so you're not drowning in mess between visits.
The rhythm matters here. When we come regularly, we catch small messes before they become big problems. Dust doesn't build up, bathrooms stay manageable, and you're not spending your weekend cleaning. We'll adjust what we focus on based on what your space actually needs. Some clients need more attention in high-traffic areas, others care more about the bathrooms. We work with you to get it right.

Can I change my cleaning schedule if I need to?
Yes. If you need to skip a week or shift your day, just let us know. We work with our regular clients to adjust as life happens. Just give us a heads up when you can.
What if I need something deep cleaned during a maintenance visit?
We can handle that. Let us know ahead of time what area needs extra attention, and we'll either work it in or schedule a separate deep clean. Most clients find that regular maintenance keeps the need for deep cleans way down.
How do you handle access to my home or office?
We'll work out the details with you. Some clients give us a key, others prefer to be home or arrange a lockbox. Whatever makes you comfortable, we can figure it out.
